This form is to claim from Ryanair for Checked Baggage for which you have already received a Property Irregularity Report at your arrival airport when you notified us that your bag was missing/damaged. It cannot be used to notify us of missing or damaged bags/items. Checked Baggage is any item accepted for carriage in the aircraft hold, including bags, infant, musical, sports and mobility equipment
If you wish to file a claim regarding Damage to Baggage, you must do so within seven (7) Days or in the case of delay within twenty-one (21) Days, in both cases from the date on which the baggage was placed at your disposal, failing which Ryanair shall not be liable to you. In the case of lost baggage your claim must be lodged with the airline within forty-two (42) days from the date of loss.
Please complete the following details of your Baggage Claim attaching all relevant receipts or proof of purchase which will assist in assessing your claim. Once complete, an email will be sent to our Baggage Claims Department, who will be in contact via the address you provide below. Please Note; depending on the complexity, amount being claimed, and the time of year, it will take between 1 to 4 weeks to process your claim. Fields marked with a (*) are mandatory. |
